Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons. Here are some tips that may help.
- We only accept orders placed within the USA. Only valid USA shipping addresses will be accepted.
- We accept these forms of payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal*, and Apple Pay.
- Please ensure your billing information matches exactly with your bank or credit card company. Even a minor difference will cause your order to be declined or cancelled.
- If your credit card has been reported lost or missing recently, or it was turned off for new authorizations, your order may be declined or cancelled. We suggest contacting your credit card company for assistance.
- If there is not enough money in the account to cover the purchase, the order will be declined and cancelled.
*At this time, we are unable to accept Google Wallet, or international or Diners Club credit cards for online purchases. Additionally, we also offer a payment plan option with our partner, Affirm. Currently, only the Heated Razor Shave Plan is available for payment via Affirm. All other items must be purchased through those options included above.

Where do you ship?
We ship orders within the U.S.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, Hawaii, and Alaska are limited to non-aerosol products and a maximum of two heated razors in each order. We can’t ship aerosol products to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid address.We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or American Samoa.
Addressing Military & Diplomatic Mail
Each shipment to an APO/FPO/DPO needs the recipient's name, rank, and unit, and the APO/FPO/DPO address with the 9-digit ZIP Code. Always include a return address. Mail and shipments must be addressed to a specific person; addressing to "Any Service Member" is no longer permitted. To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.Here are properly addressed shipment examples:

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days with standard shipping. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and extended delivery areas may require an extended timeline up to 14 business days. You’ll get an email and your tracking number when your order ships, and you can use this tracking number to see the status of delivery.

What is the return policy when paying through Affirm?
You can return packages you received through the Heated Razor Shave Plan within 30 days of receipt. You’ll receive a refund for the value of the items you returned and the taxes on those items. Affirm will execute your refund.

What forms of payment are accepted?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Apple Pay. We don’t currently accept Google Wallet, or international or Diners Club credit cards.
If you’re signing up for a Gillette OnDemand subscription, you may use the previously mentioned payment methods however Apple Pay will not be accepted.
Additionally, we also offer a payment plan option with our partner, Affirm. Currently, only the Heated Razor Shave Plan is available for payment via Affirm. All other items must be purchased through those options included above.

To update your password follow the steps below:- If needed, log out of your account.
- On the Log In page that appears, click the Forgot Password? link that appears just above the Log In button.
- Enter the email address for your accountand click Reset Password. An email will be sent to you with a password reset link.
- Click the password reset link that appears in the email.
- Enter your new password twice to confirm it.
- Your password will be reset automatically. You will be redirected to the Login page where you can login with your new password.

How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
You can apply a coupon code during checkout. In your cart, just look for the Coupon Code section. Click Add Coupon, enter the coupon code, and click Apply.

What is the difference between Gillette Power razors and non-Power razors?
Power razors have the same core elements as a manual razor but will vibrate when turned on. The micro pulses help reduce friction for an even smoother razor glide. The power razors require a AAA battery and can be activated by pushing the power button on the handle. The power razor will automatically shut off after 8 minutes, but can be turned on again. All power razors are Shower-safe®.
